The seminar is organized by ITU and Intersputnik with support from Kyrgyzstan's communications administration. Participation is free. It is physical-only and the working language is Russian. A separate travel-fellowship application closed on 28 July 2026 and is not presented as currently available.
Eligibility requirements
Representatives of regulatory authorities, satellite operators and other industry stakeholders; ITU states participation is free for all interested parties.
