Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creator Acquisition Partner based in United States. This role sits at the center of a growing creator acquisition function, focused on building high-quality creator rosters for complex, high-priority client programs. You will source, engage, negotiate with, and onboard creators who meet specific campaign requirements across platforms, categories, geographies, and creator tiers. Working closely with senior acquisition, Creator Operations, Client Success, Sales, and Strategy teams, you will turn campaign needs into strong, timely creator pipelines. Success will be measured through roster turnaround time, first-round approval rates, and on-time delivery. The position combines high-volume outreach, relationship management, operational execution, and data-driven prioritization. It is an opportunity to help shape an evolving acquisition function while directly influencing the quality and speed of creator partnerships.

Own creator sourcing for major and complex programs, identifying and onboarding talent for live campaign rosters while partnering with senior acquisition leadership on workload allocation. Deliver strong roster performance by meeting turnaround-time, first-round approval, and on-time delivery targets across assigned accounts. Source creators against detailed campaign requirements, including creator tier, platform, category, vertical, geography, audience, and other relevant criteria. Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, manage follow-ups systematically, and maintain momentum throughout the creator acquisition funnel. Build and manage relationships with talent agencies from initial scoping through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing support. Partner with Sales and Strategy teams on RFPs and proactive pitches by recommending creators that align with client needs and can realistically be delivered. Resolve creator, agency, platform, payment, and process-related issues quickly and professionally, escalating when necessary. Work proactively with Creator Operations and Client Success teams to identify upcoming sourcing requirements before they become deadline-driven challenges. Track acquisition activity and funnel performance accurately, using data to identify bottlenecks, improve outreach effectiveness, and communicate progress. Maintain a strong understanding of creator quality, brand safety, campaign readiness, platform dynamics, and emerging creator formats. Contribute to the development and improvement of acquisition processes as the function evolves, helping establish scalable practices for future growth. Requirements: Bring 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, talent management, partnerships, influencer sourcing, or supply-side growth within a marketplace or comparable environment. Have direct experience personally sourcing and closing creators or talent, with a hands-on approach to outreach and acquisition rather than solely managing others. Have significant experience working directly with talent agencies, including negotiating relationships, onboarding talent rosters, and managing ongoing partnerships through challenging situations. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the creator ecosystem and an understanding of what makes creators brand-safe, campaign-ready, relevant, and valuable to clients. Be comfortable with high-volume cold outreach, structured follow-up, lead management, and maintaining an active acquisition funnel. Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and tight deadlines simultaneously. Be persuasive and relationship-oriented, with the ability to communicate the value of an opportunity, address objections, and continue building relationships after an initial rejection. Have strong communication skills and be able to interact clearly and professionally with creators, agencies, clients, and senior internal stakeholders. Be comfortable working with data, maintaining accurate funnel information, interpreting performance metrics, and using numbers to explain what is working. Have practical fluency with Salesforce and spreadsheets; deeper analytical capabilities are considered a plus. Demonstrate a collaborative, solutions-first mindset and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Client Success, Creator Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Be adaptable and comfortable operating in an evolving environment where priorities, processes, and team responsibilities may change. Show strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a consistent ability to identify and resolve issues before they become larger problems. Benefits: Base salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year. Additional compensation may include variable pay such as bonuses or commissions, stock options, and other perks and benefits depending on the role and location. Flexible vacation policy. Health, dental, and vision benefits. Team offsites, working hubs, and social activities, including options designed for remote employees. Learning and development budgets to support ongoing professional growth. RRSP/401(k) matching programs. Meaningful career progression and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility. Autonomy to test new ideas and contribute to the development of the acquisition function. An inclusive and collaborative environment focused on creator empowerment, innovation, and continuous improvement.
