Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted executive partner, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities. Proven experience managing complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and high-volume workloads. Experience planning and executing corporate events and executive-level meetings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively across organizational levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong discretion, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive business and executive information. Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems proactively, and collaborate effectively across teams. High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role operates in a professional office environment and may involve a combination of sitting, standing, and working at a designated workstation.
