Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Engineer based in India. Join a forward-thinking team building AI-powered go-to-market systems for modern B2B companies. As a Senior GTM Engineer, you will design and implement the data infrastructure, automation workflows, and revenue operations systems that help businesses identify, qualify, and convert their ideal customers. Working closely with a select group of clients, you will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to solve complex growth challenges. You will leverage tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI platforms to build scalable, data-driven solutions. This role offers significant autonomy, meaningful client collaboration, and the opportunity to experiment with emerging technologies. It is ideal for a hands-on builder who enjoys continuous learning and wants to shape the future of AI-driven go-to-market operations.

You will design, build, and continuously improve the systems that power client acquisition, qualification, and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: GTM System Development: Build go-to-market infrastructure, including data enrichment pipelines, lead scoring models, lead routing logic, and signal-based workflows, primarily using Clay. Data Discovery and Integration: Identify and connect new APIs, databases, and data enrichment providers to improve data quality and give clients a competitive advantage. CRM and Automation Architecture: Design and integrate CRM and automation systems using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, and Clay, ensuring seamless data flows and reliable processes. AI-Powered Workflows: Develop workflows using large language models such as Claude and GPT, as well as AI agents, to automate research, personalization, lead qualification, and analysis at scale. Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand business challenges, present solutions, gather feedback, and translate complex requirements into repeatable systems. Research and Development: Experiment with emerging tools, technologies, and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative GTM solutions. Continuous Optimization: Test, refine, and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency, reliability, and business outcomes. Knowledge Sharing: Share discoveries, technical insights, and best practices with the team to strengthen collective expertise and encourage innovation. Project Ownership: Drive projects from discovery through implementation and iteration, maintaining a high level of quality and accountability. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, AI-oriented problem solver who can independently design robust systems while collaborating effectively with clients and teammates. You should be comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools, exploring technical documentation, and turning ambiguous requirements into practical solutions. Key qualifications include: Demonstrated expertise with Clay, supported by real projects, client implementations, personal experiments, or a portfolio showcasing your work. An AI-first mindset, with regular use of tools such as Claude and GPT as part of your everyday workflows and technical problem-solving. Strong systems-thinking skills, including the ability to understand data flows, dependencies, edge cases, and potential failure points. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the initiative to research documentation, reverse-engineer APIs, test hypotheses, and resolve technical challenges independently. Experience identifying data sources, evaluating APIs, integrating external tools, and connecting different platforms within a technology stack. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take projects from concept to completion without close supervision. Strong collaboration and communication skills, including a willingness to share knowledge, exchange feedback, and contribute to team development. A genuine interest in continuous learning and keeping up with evolving AI tools, data platforms, and GTM technologies. Additional experience that would be advantageous includes: Familiarity with Claude Code, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted software development. HubSpot or Salesforce administration experience, particularly CRM architecture and configuration. Previous experience in an agency or consulting environment, managing multiple clients and switching between projects. Knowledge of revenue operations and go-to-market principles, including pipeline metrics, attribution, funnel analysis, and revenue performance. Benefits: Competitive salary. Flexible contract or part-time engagement, with a potential path to a full-time position. Opportunity to work with a small, experienced team building innovative GTM systems rather than maintaining legacy infrastructure. Meaningful client projects with a direct impact on business growth and revenue outcomes. Exposure to advanced GTM platforms, AI tools, automation technologies, and emerging industry practices. Significant ownership over solution design, development, and continuous improvement. A collaborative environment that values technical creativity, initiative, and practical results. Opportunities to experiment with new technologies and contribute to the direction of the team's technical approach. A skills-first culture that prioritizes what you can build over formal educational credentials.
