Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations - Technology Strategy & Roadmap based in United States. This is a strategic technology leadership role focused on shaping the multi-year technology roadmap for a high-volume commercial support organization. You will translate business priorities and operating-model needs into technology capabilities spanning data systems, reporting, automation, workflow tools, and commercial platforms. The role combines strategic planning, roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, investment prioritization, and technology-enabled business transformation. You will work closely with Technology, Data, Product, Commercial, and enterprise teams to evaluate opportunities, dependencies, risks, and business value. Your recommendations will help leadership make informed decisions about technology investments, modernization, sequencing, and scalable adoption. The position offers significant cross-functional visibility and requires strong influence, structured thinking, and the ability to turn complex information into clear executive decisions. You will also establish value-realization frameworks and transition strategies that help move technology initiatives from strategic planning through implementation and operational adoption.
Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap covering data systems, reporting platforms, automation, workflow tools, and commercial support capabilities. Translate business strategy, operating-model requirements, and stakeholder priorities into clearly sequenced technology capabilities, roadmap themes, and delivery recommendations. Lead annual and quarterly technology planning processes, evaluating demand, capacity, dependencies, risks, expected benefits, and overall business value. Assess current-state tools, reporting environments, workflows, and data systems to identify modernization opportunities, simplification requirements, and future capability gaps. Partner with Technology, Data, Product, platform, and business leaders to ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise standards, architecture patterns, platform direction, and operational requirements. Prepare executive-ready roadmap materials, decision frameworks, investment recommendations, prioritization options, and supporting analysis for senior leadership. Serve as a strategic bridge between business leaders, technology partners, data teams, product teams, reporting teams, platform owners, and external vendors. Facilitate roadmap planning and prioritization forums, aligning stakeholders around business value, technical dependencies, resources, timelines, risks, and trade-offs. Develop clear decision materials that communicate available options, anticipated impacts, dependencies, and recommended next steps across diverse stakeholder groups. Influence internal and external partners to advance roadmap priorities, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment between technology planning and commercial strategy. Lead current-state and future-state assessments across reporting, automation, workflow, data, and commercial support platforms. Develop KPI and value-realization frameworks to track roadmap progress, adoption, operational impact, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes. Create transition planning materials that support the movement of roadmap initiatives from strategy into delivery, implementation, adoption, and ongoing operational support. Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives while maintaining strong prioritization, governance, communication, and accountability. Requirements: At least 7 years of professional work experience. At least 4 years of experience supporting technology strategy, roadmap planning, data systems, reporting platforms, automation, analytics tools, or technology-enabled business operations. At least 3 years of experience leading teams and cross-functional technology initiatives within an enterprise environment. Demonstrated experience translating business strategy and stakeholder requirements into technology capabilities, roadmap priorities, sequencing recommendations, and executive-level decision materials. Strong understanding of technology planning, prioritization, business value assessment, dependencies, risks, and investment trade-offs. Strong partner-management skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. Strong prioritization, team management, communication, and stakeholder-influence capabilities. Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear recommendations to senior leaders. Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of technology-related experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 12+ years of technology-related experience. Five or more years of professional experience in Technology or a related field is preferred. Ability to travel up to 10%.
