This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager based in United States. This role offers full ownership of marketing relationships with some of the world’s largest and most strategic technology and advertising partners. You will connect commercial agreements with marketing strategy, ensuring partner commitments translate into effective and well-coordinated activity. The position combines strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, campaign execution, budget management, and performance reporting. You will manage marketing calendars, proactively identify opportunities, and ensure partner initiatives align with broader company priorities. Working closely with commercial, legal, product marketing, and leadership teams, you will help strengthen and scale established partnerships. This is an opportunity for an experienced partner marketer to take ownership of a high-impact function in a fast-paced, innovative ecommerce environment.
Own the full marketing relationship with strategic partners end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing coordination. Build and manage processes for reviewing commercial agreements and translating contractual terms into actionable marketing strategies and plans. Serve as the primary connection between commercial and partner teams and the broader marketing organization. Own existing partner marketing calendars and activities, ensuring commitments and proactive initiatives are planned and executed effectively. Develop and drive proactive marketing initiatives with partners beyond contractual requirements. Partner closely with Product Marketing to accurately incorporate product updates, positioning, and messaging into partner activities. Prioritize and sequence partner initiatives according to broader company marketing objectives and priorities. Develop marketing spend proposals for partner activities and secure budget approval from senior stakeholders when required. Track partner priorities against marketing schedules, resolve conflicts, and proactively identify opportunities. Monitor and report on partner investments, activities, and results to internal stakeholders and leadership. Plan and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners. Manage event presence and represent the organization at major partner events and industry gatherings. Continuously improve established partner marketing processes, bringing greater focus, consistency, and strategic impact to the function. Requirements: Direct, hands-on experience working with at least one of the following as a strategic partner: Meta, Snap, TikTok, Google, or Pinterest. Proven experience building cross-functional processes that connect commercial or legal terms with marketing strategy and execution. Demonstrated ability to own a marketing relationship end-to-end, from commercial alignment through activation and reporting. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across commercial, legal, marketing, and senior leadership teams. Comfortable reviewing commercial contracts and translating contractual requirements into practical marketing plans. Experience working alongside Product Marketing or a similar supporting function. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent partner relationships and priorities. Experience developing marketing budget proposals and securing approval from senior stakeholders. Experience leading QBRs, executive reporting, and partner-facing presentations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to represent an organization externally. Strong ownership mindset and the ability to take responsibility for an established function while identifying ways to improve and evolve it. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Benefits: Base salary of $118,000–$138,000 per year. Eligibility for equity through the company’s equity incentive plan. Medical coverage for eligible employees. 401(k) with a company match of up to 3%. 30 days of paid time off, accrued monthly after the first 30 days of employment. Five paid sick days. Nine paid company holidays. Paid parental leave for eligible employees. Fully remote position within the United States. Opportunity to work with major global technology and advertising partners. High-impact role with significant ownership over strategic partner marketing relationships. Fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth.
