Requirements Product management experience: At least 8 years of experience in B2B product management, including a minimum of 2 years building and managing platform products. Platform product expertise: Demonstrated experience developing scalable platforms, shared capabilities, reusable frameworks, or tools that support multiple product teams and complex business workflows. Strong product and UX judgment: Ability to design intuitive, elegant experiences that simplify complex processes and help users accomplish their goals efficiently. Strategic thinking and ownership: Proven ability to establish product direction, manage ambiguity, make sound trade-offs, prioritize effectively, and independently deliver complex initiatives at a high pace.
