Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in Brazil. Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment at a pivotal moment of brand transformation and strategic growth. As the first product marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's positioning, messaging, and product narrative from the ground up. You will translate complex technology into clear, compelling stories that resonate with buyers and demonstrate tangible business value. From leading website strategy and developing buyer-focused resources to driving go-to-market initiatives, you will influence every stage of the customer journey. Working closely with founders and cross-functional teams, you will connect brand, product, and commercial strategy into one consistent market presence. This role offers significant autonomy, creative ownership, and the opportunity to establish the foundations of a scalable product marketing function.
You will own product marketing strategy and execution, ensuring that the company's positioning is compelling, consistent, and grounded in customer needs. Your main responsibilities will include: Lead positioning and messaging initiatives throughout the rebranding process, collaborating with company leadership and the Head of Growth to define a distinctive market identity. Own the website as a core product marketing channel, overseeing its structure, messaging, copy, conversion strategy, and ongoing improvements. Connect the brand, website, and resource hub into a cohesive experience that supports buyer education and decision-making. Build and maintain a comprehensive product marketing library, including how-to videos, product walkthroughs, comparison pages, and sales enablement materials. Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, product launches, and releases, ensuring clear communication of their value and differentiation. Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analyses, and competitive research to refine positioning and understand evolving buyer expectations. Establish messaging foundations that help go-to-market teams communicate a consistent and compelling product story across channels. Partner with product, design, and go-to-market teams to embed product messaging throughout the customer experience and commercial process. Take end-to-end ownership of product marketing initiatives, making strategic decisions and translating them into tangible outcomes. Requirements: You should be an experienced B2B SaaS product marketer with excellent writing skills, strong positioning instincts, and the confidence to take full ownership of a broad marketing remit. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can explain technical products clearly without oversimplifying their value. Key qualifications include: At least 3 years of product marketing experience within a B2B SaaS company, ideally serving technical or operations-focused buyers. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex products clearly, specifically, and persuasively without unnecessary jargon. Strong positioning expertise and the ability to identify a product's real value, differentiation, and market relevance beyond its roadmap or feature set. Experience managing a website end to end, including information architecture, copywriting, content development, and publishing updates. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to make decisions, drive initiatives independently, and take responsibility for outcomes. A broad understanding of product marketing that extends beyond website content to customer insights, competitive intelligence, product launches, and sales enablement. Fluency in English, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing content and collaborate effectively across teams. Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps), sales technology, CRM platforms, or related markets is a plus. Benefits: Remote-first working environment with flexibility to work remotely. Regular in-person team meetups to strengthen collaboration and relationships. Top-of-the-line equipment to support your work. Opportunity to join an experienced, distributed, and diverse team. Competitive compensation package, including stock options. Significant ownership and autonomy as the first product marketing hire. Opportunity to shape brand strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market initiatives during an important phase of company growth. An inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and welcomes people from all backgrounds.
