Cross-Functional Leadership: Balance client delivery, business development, talent development, and firm-wide leadership responsibilities while ensuring alignment across multiple teams and strategic priorities. Requirements: 10–15+ years of healthcare consulting experience, ideally gained within a top-tier consulting firm, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, medical device, and broader life sciences sectors. Deep expertise in life sciences strategy, including areas such as portfolio strategy, market opportunity assessment, commercial due diligence, go-to-market planning, competitive strategy, and product commercialization. Strong executive presence, with exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to combine strategic vision with detailed execution, translating complex market insights into practical recommendations and measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated success in developing talent, mentoring future leaders, and building collaborative, high-performing teams. A broad leadership mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities across client delivery, commercial growth, talent strategy, and practice operations. A recognized professional presence within the life sciences sector, supported by strong industry knowledge and a track record of thought leadership. Benefits: Base salary: $280,000–$300,000 per year.
