Service Support Analyst will directly engage with the service department and service technicians. The service analyst will mainly be working with the computer systems for all lines of equipment ASCO represents as well as a service IT person. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume dealership
- Detail oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, and experience with G-Suite & other service programs
- A personal dedication to work safety and accountability
