Monitor account health, renewal opportunities, sales performance, and expansion pipelines to maintain accurate forecasts and provide actionable commercial insights. Build trusted, long-term partnerships that support customer satisfaction, account growth, and the organization's position within the healthcare technology market. Requirements: At least 5 years of successful experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS technology, including managing renewals and expanding existing customer accounts. Demonstrated success closing complex enterprise sales cycles, particularly opportunities with annual recurring revenue (ARR) values in the $500,000–$1.5 million range. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs, gather requirements, understand business use cases, and connect solutions to strategic objectives. Experience managing enterprise client relationships and navigating complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders and senior executives. Proven ability to lead sales presentations, deliver effective product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value expansion deals. Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong commercial judgment, account planning capabilities, and a data-driven approach to pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting. A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations approximately 20% of the time. Commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and collaborative workplace that values diverse perspectives. Benefits: Annual base salary: $160,000–$190,000, depending on experience. Performance-based variable commission in addition to base salary. Equity compensation in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs). Comprehensive health insurance options. Generous paid time off. Planned company-wide wellness holidays. Retirement plan options.
