Collaborate across functions: Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, Client Services, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliver cross-functional initiatives. Lead and develop team members: Provide direction, establish priorities, coach employees, and maintain accountability for team members responsible for operational improvement and implementation projects. Coordinate implementation readiness: Oversee requirements gathering, workflow design, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation planning, training, and post-launch optimization. Resolve obstacles and drive decisions: Address dependencies and challenges that span teams or functions, facilitate alignment, and keep improvement initiatives moving forward. Measure and sustain results: Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, track measurable outcomes, and refine solutions to support long-term operational performance. Requirements Professional experience: 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, continuous improvement, process improvement, operations, or business transformation, specifically within healthcare billing or insurance. Operational transformation expertise: Proven success improving complex operational processes from current-state assessment through implementation, with demonstrable business results. Process design and analysis: Strong experience in workflow optimization, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and the development of current-state and future-state process models. Technology and automation collaboration: Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and partnering with Technology teams to implement system enhancements, workflow solutions, or automation. People leadership: Demonstrated experience leading employees or directing teams responsible for operational improvement, implementation, or transformation initiatives.
