Demonstrated knowledge of formal systems implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and deployment; Agile experience is preferred. Strong understanding of data integration processes, including inbound and outbound data flows. Subject matter expertise in financial planning and modeling, workforce planning, or sales planning is strongly preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business modeling skills, with a genuine interest in business analytics and planning. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while delivering results. A customer-focused mindset, collaborative working style, and commitment to service excellence. Self-motivation, initiative, sound judgment, and a results-oriented approach. A coaching mentality and willingness to share expertise with colleagues. An open, collegial, and integrity-driven approach to teamwork. Flexibility and a hands-on attitude when addressing complex challenges. A strong desire to develop professionally, gain exposure to multiple industries, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
