Manage relationships with third-party data and analytics vendors, including data procurement and external study partnerships. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by working with large-scale healthcare datasets and identifying meaningful insights beyond the immediate analytical task. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an environment that values reliability, curiosity, respect, strong data practices, and continuous learning. Requirements: 10+ years of professional experience in a quantitative or statistical role, such as Statistician or Biostatistician, within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry. Hands-on experience with statistical methodologies including test-versus-control study designs, covariate adjustment techniques such as ANCOVA, clustering, and related approaches. Strong understanding of healthcare professional prescription and medical claims data, including how the data is collected, recorded, tracked, and interpreted by data vendors, as well as common data gaps and limitations. Advanced SQL and Python proficiency, including the ability to write complex queries across multiple tables and work with relevant data science libraries. Experience working with third-party analytics vendors such as IQVIA, including independent studies, RFP processes, contract discussions, and ongoing relationship management. Experience applying data science techniques such as clustering and machine learning to sponsored engagement and using prescription and diagnosis data to measure program impact. Proven ability to represent an organization externally and lead client conversations focused on program performance analysis. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, analytical, commercial, and client-facing teams.
