Full job description

Wanna join the adventure? We are hiring the founding developer of that marketplace. You will work directly with the Director of Marketplace to take the platform from MVP to the system behind dozens of partner solutions, on a small team where you own features end-to-end and ship weekly.

Familiarity with engineering verification and validation processes, hardware test methodologies, and environmental testing. Experience recruiting within aerospace, space, satellite, defense, or adjacent complex hardware/deep-tech industries. Proven ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized hardware engineering positions in competitive markets. Ability to effectively pitch Loft’s mission, culture, and technical challenges to highly specialized, passive candidates. Experience conducting phone screens, assessing technical alignment, and managing candidate communication throughout the full interview lifecycle. Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever preferred), including maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipelines. Collaborative mindset and ability to partner closely with hiring managers and the internal recruiting team, providing market insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
