Applications are open for the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program 2027–2028 . The Tomorrow’s Leaders (TL) program is an innovative leadership program that offers undergraduate scholarships and leadership development to meritorious students in the MENA region identified for their potential to be leaders and decision-makers.
The program aims to create a cadre of professionals who collaborate and innovate with U.S. industry, government, and academic institutions. The program provides students from the MENA region with opportunities to build leadership skills and effectively engage with the private sector, and/or government actors.
Benefits
The program covers:
Tuition and enrollment fees (for a maximum period of four academic years for undergraduate students)
University health insurance
Entrance visa and residency permit fees
Student housing
Monthly living stipend when participating in TL activities
Textbook allowance
Laptop (for use for the duration of the program)
Two round-trip tickets to home country, territory, or place of residence per year
Career-oriented workshops
Internship opportunities
Faculty mentorship and guidance
An opportunity to study at a university in the United States for a semester
Eligibility
Open to current high school seniors or applicants who graduated from high school in 2026.
Applicants from Iraq, Libya, Syria, West Bank or Palestinian students who currently reside in a third country with legal residency status, and Yemen who graduated high school in 2025 are also eligible.
Current high school seniors must maintain their high academic achievement and pass their leaving exam.
Strong academic credentials.
Maturity, flexibility, and leadership potential.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. A minimum TOEFL iBT score of 4.0 (new 1–6 scale) or 80 (old 0–120 scale), received within two years of the program start date.
Ability to travel and start their undergraduate program in August 2027.
