About The Role
WHO WE ARE
Ovoko is transforming Europe’s €30B+ used car parts market - a massive, fragmented industry still largely offline. We connect 7,000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and dismantlers with millions of buyers through our marketplace, SaaS and logistics platform, making it effortless to trade parts across borders. With over 42 million parts listed, we’ve grown into one of Europe’s fastest-scaling e-commerce companies, but the real opportunity lies ahead, as we build a real category-defining platform worldwide.
Ovoko is launching a local delivery operation for automotive repair workshops in Vilnius. We want used car parts to reach professional buyers more reliably, with a quality check before delivery and easy collection of returns. Shipments will reach Ovoko warehouse operation through the existing shipping network and be delivered to workshops by dedicated contracted vans. You will take ownership of this operation from day one. You will personally work with parcels, organise the daily process, coordinate with our transport partner and improve the operation based on real results. This is a hands-on operational position, not a role focused on managing managers or a large team. You will work directly with the Head of Shipping & Operations.
In This Role, You Will
· Receive, inspect and prepare parcels at Ovoko warehouse repack when necessary.
· Identify potential part-quality issues and contact buyers before delivery when a return can be avoided.
· Prepare parcels for contracted drivers and keep deliveries to workshops running reliably.
· Organise easy return collection and ensure returned items are identified and registered.
· Track same-day deliveries, prevented returns, van cost per parcel and repacking costs; improve the process continuously.
What We’re Looking For
· Practical experience with shipments, warehouse operations or similar hands-on logistics work.
· Independence, ownership and the ability to solve daily operational problems.
· Willingness to do the physical operational work, not only oversee it.
· Ability to keep clear records, work with basic operational data and improve processes.
· Solid understanding of auto parts or a strong passion for the automotive sector.
· Experience with local courier networks or last-mile delivery operations would be a big advantage.
