We are looking for a Sales Specialist at Ovoko to help us build and grow our presence in the Greek market. You’ll be responsible for bringing new partners on board, building strong relationships, and turning opportunities into successful, engaged sellers on our platform. As we enter a new market, you’ll have plenty of ownership, independence, and the chance to directly shape Ovoko’s growth in Greece.

In This Role, You Will

Proactively acquire new partners for Ovoko both remotely and through face-to-face engagement.

Initiate and manage communication with sellers of used automotive parts.

Qualify leads and assess their potential fit for the Ovoko platform.

Present our solutions clearly and demonstrate the benefits of joining Ovoko.

Negotiate and close deals with new partners.

Onboard and train new partners, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Greek and strong English communication skills (both written and spoken). Polish language would be a benefit.

Proven experience in dynamic, target-driven sales and customer engagement.

Field sales experience is a big plus.

High motivation, resilience, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.

Experience in start-ups or high-growth companies is a plus.

Knowledge of the automotive market is beneficial.

Additional information

SALARY The offered salary range for this position is 9,000 – 14,000 PLN + VAT per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
