Pull orders accurately from physical pick tickets. Locate parts across bin locations, bulk racks, and pipe yard storage. Match part numbers, quantities, and descriptions precisely to avoid mispicks (differentiating between similar thread configurations, sizing, and materials). Operate warehouse equipment safely (manual pallet jacks) Stage pulled materials for the hose fabrication tables, counter sales, or shipping/staging lanes. Assist with daily cycle counting, bin replenishment, and maintaining clean warehouse aisles.
Experience: 1+ years of warehouse order pulling, pick/pack, or inventory experience (industrial supply, plumbing, or distribution background strongly preferred). Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to match complex alphanumeric part numbers and read fine print/tags. Math & Measurement: Solid basic math skills; comfortable using a standard tape measure. Physical Demands: Must be able to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Reliability: Strict adherence to punctuality and shift attendance.
