Your Role:

M-Cube is the Company’s proprietary direct sales network, built on a team-based collaboration model that maximizes and optimizes sales capabilities to drive sales conversion. The Manager, M-Cube Enablement is a key member of the M-Cube Enablement team, the mid-end function of the M-Cube organization dedicated to the operation and optimization of the overall M-Cube program, providing management and operations support to front-line M-Cube business teams.

This role covers three core areas: policy operations, incentive operations, and system operations, combining strong analytical and execution skills with close cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all M-Cube policies (long-term, short-term, and seasonal) issued by the Sales Mid-End team are recorded, published in real time, and implemented in the system, maintaining a centralized, version-controlled policy repository with effective dates and scope.

  • Configure and validate policy rules in the system prior to go-live, communicate policy updates to front-line teams in a timely manner, and monitor execution to identify and resolve gaps.

  • Calculate M-Cube incentives on a scheduled cycle based on sales performance data and applicable policies, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and track incentive costs and effectiveness to support policy optimization.

  • Review incentive results, manage approval workflows, and publish incentive statements to front-line teams; coordinate with Finance on incentive payouts and address incentive-related inquiries and disputes.

  • Gather and analyze front-line business requirements, translate them into clear system requirement documents, and prioritize optimization requests and the requirement backlog in partnership with the development team.

  • Drive continuous M-Cube system optimization across the full cycle from requirement submission to new feature launch, including leading user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating launches, and providing user training and documentation.

  • Provide additional support to front-line M-Cube business teams as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5-10+ years of experience in direct sales, social commerce, distribution platforms, or affiliate marketing (Affiliate/CPA)

  • Familiarity with compensation plan design for distributor networks and partner/affiliate incentive programs, including performance-based sales incentive structures such as tiered commissions, team-based rewards, advancement criteria, and payout controls, with the ability to independently model payout rates and profit impact

  • Strong data skills, with advanced Excel modeling capabilities, including sensitivity analysis and multi-scenario simulation

  • Hands-on experience in rule execution and operations, including commission settlement, risk control for abnormal or fraudulent orders, policy communication, and partner engagement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing or operating a Distributor Compensation Plan (Comp Plan), Incentive Compensation (IC) program, Channel/Partner Incentive Program, or Commission Structure

  • Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms

  • Hands-on experience in system implementation across the full cycle, from requirements gathering to system launch

  • Ability to travel and work weekends as needed

  • Fluency in spoken Mandarin

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $140,000

Perks + Benefits

  • Healthcare + dental + vision benefits (free for you/discounted for family)

  • 401(k) options

  • Casual dress code + relaxed work environment

  • Culturally diverse, progressive atmosphere

  • “Soul of Faraday” community outreach team
