Working in a busycall centre environment, you'll answer incoming calls, provide after-hoursreception support, assist staff and members of the public, and respond toemergency situations as they arise.We have day, evening, and night shifts available.Flexibility to work additional shifts from time to time to assist with coveringstaff leave and illness would be advantageous.This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrivesunder pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.Please view the position description for further information.About the Team/Service/ LocationOur team of 13 provides a vital 24-hour communicationservice to patients, visitors, and staff across Health New Zealand NelsonMarlborough. You will be highly organised, able to multitaskeffectively, and remain calm under pressure.To be successful inthis role, you will have:Previous administration or customer service experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsIntermediate computer skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreviousswitchboard experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as fulltraining will be provided to the successful candidate.The successful candidate must be eligible to work in NewZealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
