Please note that for this role, Fluent Spanish proficiency is required. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in São Paulo with 3 days in the office. What you will do

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in LATAM is growing and thriving.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals.
• Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings. What Makes You a Great Fit
• Strong knowledge of software sales, preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of CRM tools, being able to use the data to identify trends.
• A passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector.
• Active drive to secure deals in a competitive environment while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
• A proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
• Based in Sao Paulo, with a strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets.
