KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Winning with Customer

• Own Customer Calendar & Suggest the Right Events related to it
• Landing The Innovations in a perfect Way
• 360 Activations (Digital / Promoters / POSM / OFF Shelf / …)
• Before & After Analysis for All our Activities
• Monthly Deep Dive in Customer Data To identify the pain points & suggest the best solutions
• Monitor All Couponing Campaigns
• Creation & Ownership of in-store Shopper CTA's

• Sustainability Use Less Plastic POSM
• Digitize our Activations
• Participate in Sustainable Events (World Environment Day/ ….)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate Degreed (bachelor's is minimum requirement)
• 5+ years of UAE market experience in trade marketing or sales
• Experience in channel management, retail execution or category management is a strong plus
• Industry knowledge of consumer behavior at point of sales & market segmentation is a must
