The four-year research project will combine doctrinal legal research with data-driven, experimental and qualitative methods to study enforcement against state-owned enterprises. The candidate will develop the project with supervisors and produce four peer-reviewed academic articles.

Graduate degree such as LLM, JD, MS, MA or equivalent; academic or professional experience in competition or antitrust law, policy or enforcement; competence in quantitative and statistical methods including applied econometrics/panel data; proficiency in R, Python or Stata; excellent English and ability to complete the PhD within four years.
