The role analyzes customer behavior and usage, supports segmentation, designs and monitors retention and upsell campaigns, develops performance dashboards, coordinates with customer-experience, digital, sales and care teams, and recommends improvements to customer engagement and revenue performance.

Zain requires a bachelor's degree in law, economics, engineering, business or an equivalent field, with a master's degree preferred, plus eight to ten years of experience in telecom or a related industry with exposure to customer value management, retention or customer lifecycle management.
