Our partner is looking for a Feasibility Strategic Analytics Lead (FSAL) - Senior Manager based in Germany. As a Feasibility Strategic Analytics Lead, you will play a strategic role in shaping country, site, and enrollment strategies for complex clinical development programs. You will combine clinical trial expertise, advanced analytics, competitive intelligence, and internal and external data to develop evidence-based feasibility recommendations. Working closely with clinical, recruitment, operations, and business stakeholders, you will help teams make informed decisions about where and how studies should be conducted. You will lead scenario planning, protocol optimization, site strategy, and enrollment modeling from early feasibility through recruitment. The role also provides an opportunity to build indication-level intelligence and influence future study planning across a broader portfolio. Through data-driven insights and innovative approaches, you will help improve trial predictability, efficiency, diversity, and delivery.

Serve as the strategic feasibility point of contact for study teams, developing evidence-based country and site strategies, enrollment scenarios, site recommendations, and protocol optimization opportunities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. Develop early feasibility assessments before core protocol elements are finalized, including initial enrollment timelines, potential country footprints, competitive intelligence, benchmark studies, treatment landscape insights, and key enrollment assumptions. Continuously refine country footprints, enrollment assumptions, and site classification strategies as protocols progress from early planning through final protocol, study start-up, and participant recruitment. Lead country and site selection activities by analyzing feasibility outreach, investigator intelligence, internal and external evidence, regional insights, and other relevant data to develop strategic recommendations. Build and maintain investigator and site intelligence, including information used to define ideal site profiles, identify suitable investigators, and support global site selection strategies. Analyze site-level data and model patient volumes, site performance potential, competition, site overlap, diversity considerations, and other factors that influence clinical trial execution. Develop scenario analyses that allow study teams to compare different country and site footprints, enrollment assumptions, and operational strategies against recruitment objectives and timelines. Identify protocol optimization opportunities by incorporating real-world data, investigator and patient insights, protocol simulations, and other evidence into study planning. Support the progression of sites through feasibility and evaluation stages toward Pre-Trial Assessment and final site selection, ensuring that recommendations are supported by robust analytics. Maintain oversight of feasibility outreach and engagement, coordinate response reviews with relevant stakeholders, and provide strategic input to study-level decision making. Partner with clinical development, operations, recruitment, and business stakeholders to improve study start-up, recruitment performance, and overall delivery timelines. Maintain accountability for agreed feasibility and operational KPIs across assigned protocols, while promoting continuous improvement and efficient ways of working. Identify and promote appropriate clinical trial technologies, analytical approaches, and innovative processes that can improve feasibility and recruitment outcomes. Build and maintain a portfolio-level knowledge library that evolves as new evidence, intelligence, and clinical trial experience become available. Conduct recurring assessments of comparator studies and key trial metrics, including country experience, site access, randomization and retention rates, eligibility criteria, endpoints, and other protocol characteristics. Analyze indication-level real-world data, standards of care, recruitment rates, disease prevalence, and patient-care settings to inform future geographic and site requirements. Develop intelligence around preferred and strategically relevant sites for specific disease areas, including high-volume, diverse-population, and other specialized site categories. Evaluate overlapping sites and identify opportunities to introduce additional or less-exposed sites when this can strengthen future study strategies. Assess decentralized clinical trial approaches and historical performance to determine where decentralized strategies may be appropriate for specific countries, sites, or therapeutic areas. Evaluate early-stage assets to proactively develop feasibility knowledge before formal study assessments begin and partner with analytics teams to define internal and external data requirements for emerging indications. Requirements: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a PhD/MD with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You bring strong knowledge of drug development and a thorough understanding of global country and site feasibility, clinical study start-up, recruitment, and clinical operations. You have experience in clinical research and understand clinical trial conduct, GCP principles, study or project management, monitoring, clinical operations, and regulatory processes. You have experience working with multinational clinical trials and, ideally, direct experience in global country and site feasibility. You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information across multiple internal and external data sources. You are skilled at translating data and evidence into clear recommendations, scenarios, and actionable business decisions. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders. You bring strong business consulting and influencing skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate, manage competing priorities, and facilitate alignment in complex situations. You are comfortable making complex decisions involving multiple options, ambiguity, competing priorities, limited resources, and demanding timelines. You can manage multiple projects with different requirements while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail. You understand how broader business and portfolio strategies influence prioritization and can connect feasibility recommendations to longer-term objectives. You demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset and a track record of delivering against stakeholder expectations. You are comfortable collaborating across functions and influencing peers and senior stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority. You demonstrate leadership capabilities through collaboration, coaching, guidance, and the ability to help colleagues achieve meaningful outcomes. Experience in oncology or other complex therapeutic areas is an advantage. Familiarity with decentralized clinical trials, real-world data, site intelligence, recruitment analytics, and clinical trial technologies is highly valuable.
