Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement with AI—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

We’re on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever’s CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world’s largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.

Agentio has raised $56M to date at a $340M valuation, including a recent Series B led by Forerunner, which followed our Series A within a calendar year. About the Role

We believe the best advertising is human, and Creator media is the future of advertising. Agentio will be the infrastructure that enables hundreds of billions of paid media dollars, to shift to creators. Our business is hyperscaling, with many thousands of the best creators in the world filling demand from the world’s best brands. To date, we’ve focused on an enterprise-like sales motion, which we’ll continue to do. Getting to where we're going, shifting 50% of total digital ad spend into the hands of creators, requires a separate but parallel motion that supplements our VIP creator acquisition efforts with scaled supply-side product and growth marketing-led acquisition.

As Agentio's first Head of Creator Growth, you'll own that motion: the product loops, referral mechanics, paid and organic channels, and activation systems that bring creators onto the platform and to get them earning fast. Mass-supply marketplace expansion to meet unparalleled demand requires dedicated ownership - and you’ll be that owner. You'll report to the CEO and work closely with CTO, VP of Creator Strategy (VIP creator acquisition), marketing, and strategic finance to build a growth engine from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Acquisition & Product-Led Growth

• Partner with Product to prioritize and sequence the acquisition loops that drive efficient onboarding scale.

• Move our acquisition model from being solely relationship-driven to systematic, without losing the quality that makes the marketplace work.

Growth Marketing & Demand Generation

• Build the paid, organic, and content programs that make Agentio the most important monetization partner to every creator globally.

• Own the launch moments and campaigns that drive creator awareness as we expand to new platforms, geographies, and launch new products.

Activation & Certification

• Own the self-serve creator journey from first contact to first earnings, driving down time-to-monetization and time-to-meaningful-earnings.

• Create gamification and scaled education to increase creator engagement and success, strengthening Agentio’s data moat and path to success for creators.

Measurement, Monetization & Marketplace Health

• Build full-funnel visibility from first touch through first earnings and referrals, with cohort-level views into what's working, so you always know exactly where the funnel is leaking.

• Partner with GTM leadership on the supply-demand guardrails that keep the marketplace healthy as we scale.

• Partner with finance and leadership to unlock new monetization channels and opportunities.

What You Need

• Supply-side growth experience at a marketplace where supply is individual people: creators, gig workers, sellers, or other professionals.

• A track record building referral and incentive systems with real economic design behind them, not flat bonuses that stop working.

• GM instincts: comfortable owning a number, setting the strategy to hit it, and being accountable for the gap.

• Fluency operating at the intersection of product, data, and execution: you build, you instrument, you don't just analyze or execute.

• 8-15 years designing and running scaled supply-side programs that grew well past what a team could execute manually.

• Obsessively AI-native mindset and ways of working.

• Strong command of unit economics and experimentation.

About You

• You are a marketplace savant. You obsess over marketplace health and network effects.

• You're familiar with and passionate about the creator economy and digital advertising.

• You're laser-focused on outcomes - activated, earning creators, not signups or vanity metrics.

• You are insatiably curious. Constantly reading, listening to podcasts from the best operators and investors, and obsessing over the latest model releases.

• You move fast in ambiguous environments and are energized by writing the playbook, not intimidated by it.

• You're comfortable in zero-to-one environments and thrive when you truly own the outcome.

• You understand that Agentio is building in-person, and is in-office 5 days/week.
