Where Youth Voices Become Policy

The Global Youth Impact Summit (GYIS) is designed to empower youth aged 15–45, regardless of nationality or educational background, by providing access to one of the most competitive fully funded international conferences in Paris, France.

The Summit bridges the gap between global policy frameworks and grassroots action, ensuring that youth voices are heard, valued and transformed into impactful initiatives. Over four days in Paris, delegates move from dialogue to commitment, culminating in the signing of the Paris Youth Declaration 2027.

The principal outcome of GYIS 2027 will be the Paris Youth Declaration 2027: a collective statement drafted, debated and signed by the delegates themselves.

Every confirmed delegate participates in the drafting process and becomes a named signatory. It is also the city whose name is attached to the defining climate agreement of this generation: a youth declaration signed in Paris carries that weight.
