Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics across the UAE.
• Support customers throughout their journey by coordinating with the Sales, Marketing, Training, and Service teams.
• Conduct regular clinic visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for continued engagement.
• Coordinate educational activities, product training, and clinic events.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely support.
• Prepare regular activity reports and share customer feedback with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.​
• Previous experience in the medical aesthetics, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE.
