● Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer. ● Equipment selection and Quotation through zoho ● Follow up on quotation. ● Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval. ● Preparation of project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator. ● Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule select DX/VRF/FCU models and quote based on price list & cost sheet. ● Making selections in CCSI ● Prepare reply to consultant comments based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval. ● Preparing order file to place & hand it over to coordinator for further processing. ● Updating daily the pending enquiry tracker thoroughly & properly ● Handling other territories as per management requirements.

• Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant exp. as an Application Engineer or similar roles
• Understanding of HVAC Systems, Heat Load Calculations, HVAC Design using AutoCAD or similar software
• Experience in Sales support - creating quotations and understanding of commercials
• Understanding of creating Technical submittals based on project specifications
• Good communications skills - written & verbal
