About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and oversee recruitment activities within our organization. This role is pivotal in driving healthcare recruitment, ensuring compliance with Unified PQR, and managing international hiring processes. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Those without Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience in a healthcare sector. Need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection support.
• Ensure all healthcare hires meet Unified Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) and other regulatory standards.
• Manage international recruitment efforts, including sourcing from global markets and coordinating overseas hiring workflows.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local and international recruitment agencies to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
• Supervise, guide, and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring daily operations are carried out effectively and performance targets are met.
• Oversee workload allocation, provide continuous training, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill positions efficiently.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and ensure the applicant tracking system is updated and accurate.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive healthcare recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Unified PQR requirements.
• Proven experience in international hiring and managing end-to-end overseas recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a recruitment team.
• Hands-on experience working with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
