Purpose and Objectives for the Role

The Senior Graphic Designer – CRM & Customer Communications will work as part of a high performing, fast-paced Marketing team and report directly to the Brand Manager, working very closely alongside the CRM Manager. They will support the creative development of all CRM communications across Email, WhatsApp amongst other channels, ensuring every customer interaction is visually engaging, on-brand and optimised for performance. This role will transform Customer Journeys, Promotion and Campaign strategies into high-impact creative that enhances customer engagement, strengthens brand consistency and supports commercial objectives. By consistently delivering scalable design standards and continuously improving creative effectiveness, this role will play a key part in elevating customer experience across every stage of the lifecycle.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and execution of all CRM communications across Email and WhatsApp, including brand campaigns, promotional campaigns, and automated customer journeys.
• Translate campaign briefs into high-quality, consistent, focused creative that aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
• Interpret the direction of brand strategy into creative content
• Own the end-to-end design process, from concept through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
• Partner closely with CRM Manager and broader Marketing team to deliver engaging, customer-centric communications.
• Develop and maintain scalable design templates, components, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency across CRM channels.
• Optimise creative based on campaign performance, customer insights, and A/B testing, continuously improving engagement and conversion.
• Stay up to date with CRM design trends, digital best practice and emerging creative tools to drive innovation and elevate the customer experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, adherence to the brand and delivering against deadlines.
• At times support the broader Marketing Team with additional digital content, marketing campaign collaterals,
• Post-production content in line with brand guidelines as well as UX/UI support.

Skills Required

• Relevant experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing CRM and Marketing communications.
• Proven track record of designing high-performing email/WhatsApp campaigns, promotional assets, and customer journey communications.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, cross-functional, commercially driven environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience designing for CRM platforms (e.g. XtremePush / Brevo) is necessary.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with UX/UI experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of responsive email design, digital design best practices, and customer-first UX principles.
• Strong colour, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of Branding principles and the ability to maintain consistency across touchpoints.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and adapt them across multiple digital channels, e.g. Email and WhatsApp.
• Understanding of HTML email structure and design limitations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, photography, and video editing is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational, time management, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to interpret campaign objectives and translate them into engaging, commercially effective creative.
• Maintain and organise all CRM creative assets, templates, and design libraries.
• Ensure marketing assets are accurately stored, version controlled and accessible via shared folders / asset storage systems.
• Support creative production planning by managing project timelines and priorities across multiple campaigns.
• Create design systems & reusable templates to improve consistency and efficiency across CRM communications.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Arts, Communications or Marketing
