Job Summary: The Senior Programmatic Account Executive is a critical role within the WPP Media Solutions team, responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic development and execution of programmatic advertising solutions. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with agency partners and clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of programmatic campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, excellent sales and communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, actively managing existing business opportunities. Build compelling programmatic proposals that leverage WPP Media Solutions' proprietary solutions (AI, Creative solutions, advanced measurement, etc.) to address client needs and objectives. Cross-sell and upsell programmatic solutions to existing clients, expanding the scope of existing partnerships. Discover and close additional revenue streams from new clients, actively prospecting and building relationships. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Relationship Management: Manage and sustain strong relationships with key agency partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic resource. Manage and sustain relationships with regional vendors, ensuring access to the best-in-class technology and inventory. Serve as the key point of contact (POC) between agency client teams and internal campaign management teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the campaign lifecycle. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (Campaign Management, Analytics, Creative) to develop and execute effective programmatic strategies. Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and are optimized for performance. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the WPP Media Solutions leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies. Share best practices and insights with the broader team. Contribute to the development of new products and services. Role Requirements: Create & manage a sales pipeline. Build programmatic proposals leveraging the key elements of WPP Media Solutions' Proprietary Solutions (AI, Creative solutions, advanced measurement, etc...) Cross sell & upsell programmatic solutions to existing clients. Discover & close additional revenue streams from new clients. Manage and sustain agency relations. Manage & sustain relations with regional vendors. Be the key POC between agency client teams & campaign management teams. Desired Skills and Experiences: 2-3 years of experience in a programmatic-led role, ideally within an agency, ad tech company, or publisher. Strong programmatic background with in-depth knowledge of DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) such as DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk (TTD), etc. Proven track record of success in sales and business development. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. (Extra) Desired Skills and Experiences (MENA Region Specific): Knowledge of key regional vendors in the MENA region (e.g., local ad networks, data providers, etc.). Experience working with clients and agencies in the MENA region. Understanding of the cultural nuances and advertising regulations in the MENA region. Fluency in Arabic (preferred, but not required).
