Manage project budgets, profitability, invoicing, forecasts, labor utilization, subcontractor costs, and overall financial performance. Review project performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary. Support contract administration, change order management, scope negotiations, and related commercial activities. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, clients, leadership, and business stakeholders. Mentor and support developing project managers, engineers, and technical professionals. Promote accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across project teams. Collaborate with market, program, and discipline leaders to align project execution with broader business objectives. Support proposals, staffing plans, project budgets, client presentations, project pursuits, and strategic growth initiatives within the energy market. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of project management experience supporting energy, utility, civil infrastructure, engineering, or related projects. Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, client communications, resources, risks, and deliverables. Strong understanding of project management principles, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, technical teams, and senior stakeholders. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify project risks early, drive resolution, and adapt independently to changing project demands. Strong business acumen and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
