About the Role As a Bilingual AI Software Development Engineer, you will lead technical solution design and execution across multiple AI initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security, Developers, and cross-functional governance teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and ethical AI solutions. You will also help advance cloud and microservices adoption while identifying AI-driven opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, platform stability, and client experience. What You Will Do AI Solution Design & Delivery Own and drive technical solution design and execution for multiple AI initiatives. Apply next-generation architecture understanding to enable seamless migration to cloud platforms and microservices-based environments. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Developers to deliver scalable and resilient AI solutions. Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to support ethical AI solutions. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Proactively recommend AI-driven improvements to delivery efficiency, platform stability, and client experience while staying current with advancements in AI, generative AI, analytics, and automation. What You Bring Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent related field. Experience 2+ years of experience with AI or generative AI frameworks and products. Experience with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) and Jira. Technical Expertise Hands-on experience across core AI areas: generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI. Languages Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Certifications No certifications are required for this role. Relevant AI, cloud, or software engineering certifications are considered an asset. Nice to Have Working knowledge of LLMs and API integration. Proficiency across modern architecture domains, including cloud platforms and microservices-based environments. Visa Sponsorship AspenView does not sponsor employment visas for this role.
