This is a remote opportunity focused on building and nurturing vibrant player communities for video game projects. You will engage directly with players across social media and community platforms, ensuring their questions, feedback, and concerns are heard. The role combines community engagement, content creation, moderation, analytics, and player advocacy. You will help maintain welcoming and respectful spaces while identifying opportunities to strengthen community participation and loyalty. Working closely with development teams, you will translate player feedback and emerging issues into actionable insights. The environment is international, collaborative, and fast-moving, with exposure to major gaming projects and diverse player audiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with genuine passion for gaming and social media.

Monitor and respond promptly to player interactions across social media and community channels, ensuring questions and comments receive thoughtful and timely responses. Create engaging social media and community content that reflects the game's identity and encourages player participation. Moderate discussions and comments according to established community guidelines, helping maintain safe, positive, and respectful spaces. Maintain accurate records of community activity and prepare reports that provide useful insights into engagement and community growth. Act as a community advocate by identifying player needs, emerging concerns, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve the overall player experience. Proactively propose initiatives, campaigns, and engagement ideas that can strengthen and grow the gaming community. Collect and communicate meaningful player feedback to developers and relevant internal teams. Escalate important player issues and trends while helping development teams understand community sentiment and priorities. Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to support consistent, high-quality community experiences. Requirements Professional experience in community management or social media management within the gaming industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English . Genuine passion for video games, gaming communities, and social media. Strong understanding of community management and social media platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook. Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different gaming audiences and communication channels. Good moderation and conflict-management skills, with the ability to encourage constructive and respectful discussions. Analytical mindset and the ability to organize community information into clear reports and actionable insights. Proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to identifying ways to improve player engagement. Ability to work effectively with game developers and other stakeholders, communicating player feedback clearly.
