New Hire Onboarding & Training Support • Operate and support new hire training and onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all new employees joining the data center operations team • Coordinate and facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions and manage cohort-based onboarding programs across multiple sites • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding materials, training content, and support resources (e.g., new hire Q&A channels, buddy programs) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align onboarding programs with organizational needs and employee feedback

Career Mentoring Program for Students • Plan and execute a career mentoring program targeting students interested in the data center industry • Develop mentoring frameworks, session content, and engagement models that provide meaningful exposure to data center career paths • Recruit and coordinate internal mentors from across the organization • Build partnerships with universities and career development organizations to expand program reach

External Training Sourcing & Operations • Research and identify external training programs, courses, and resources that meet the organization's skill development needs • Evaluate and select qualified external training providers, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate program logistics • Operate and manage external training programs end-to-end, including enrollment, scheduling, budget management, and post-training evaluation • Continuously assess organizational training needs and proactively source relevant learning opportunities to bridge skill gaps

Community Engagement & Social Contribution Education Programs • Plan and execute social contribution (CSR) education programs in partnership with diverse external organizations including libraries, schools, local government, NGOs, and community institutions • Design and manage year-long education programs in collaboration with public libraries and community partners — including curriculum development, scheduling, instructor coordination, and program evaluation • Identify new partnership opportunities and build sustainable relationships with community organizations to expand the reach and impact of social contribution initiatives
