<p><strong>Purpose of Position</strong></p> <p>Technology works best when people barely notice it. That's where you come in.</p> <p>We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team and provide on-site support from our <strong>São Paulo</strong> office. Reporting to the IT Support Team Lead, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technology services to employees both on-site and remotely across multiple countries.</p> <p>In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, improve the end-user experience, and help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment. Due to the hands-on nature of IT support, this role is primarily office-based and requires on-site presence. Flexibility is available in accordance with business requirements and local policies.</p> <p><em>Please note: <span data-teams="true">As this team is a global team and you'll be using English on a daily basis, to be fully considered, please submit your CV in English</span></em></p> <p><strong>Key Tasks &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide first-line support and resolve common second-line issues, escalating more complex incidents to specialist teams where required within defined SLAs and ensuring a positive end-user experience.</li> <li>Install, configure, maintain, and support laptops (Windows &amp; macOS), mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.</li> <li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, by ensuring timely equipment preparation and collection.</li> <li>Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory updates.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools.</li> <li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests using identity and access management tools.</li> </ul> <p>Continuous Learning: Technology evolves quickly, and so do we. As part of this role, you may be encouraged or required to complete relevant technical training and certifications to enhance your skills and support our global IT environment.
