Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, talented Lash Artist/Beauty Specialist to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio in Hartsdale.

This is a great opportunity for a beauty professional who is already confident performing lash extension and lash lift services.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality lash extension services

• Perform lash lifts and tints

• Recommend services and products based on each client’s needs

• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage rebooking

• Sell memberships and educate clients on membership benefits

• Recommend and sell retail products

• Perform service add-ons and additional beauty services

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

• Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through checkout

• Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards

• Support the team and contribute to a positive studio environment

Compensation

$18–$25 per hour, based on experience

In addition to hourly pay, you will earn commission on:

• Every membership you sell

• Retail products you sell

• Services you perform

The more you serve, sell, and build your clientele, the more you can earn.

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking candidates who already have hands-on experience in the beauty industry, particularly with:

Required/preferred experience:

• Professional lash extension experience

• Lash lift & tint experience

• Strong understanding of lash safety, application, styling, and client consultation

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to confidently recommend services, memberships, and retail products

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Bonus skills:

• Brow tinting

• Brow shaping/waxing

• Brow lamination

• Other esthetic or beauty services

We are especially interested in candidates who can bring multiple beauty skills to the studio.
