Important information before applying: Location: This position is based on-site in Moscow, Idaho, and requires five days per week in the office. Lightcast is seeking an organized, creative, and enthusiastic Customer Marketing Coordinator to support customer marketing across our Education, Public Sector, and Enterprise markets. This role will help plan and deliver engaging customer marketing programs that keep customers informed, connected, and inspired while highlighting the value they receive from Lightcast. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and project coordinator who enjoys creating meaningful customer experiences and managing multiple projects from planning through execution.
Coordinate customer marketing programs and campaigns across Education, Public Sector, and Enterprise markets. Support the planning and delivery of customer events, webinars, communications, and other engagement initiatives. Partner with Client Success and internal teams to identify customer stories, insights, priorities, and content opportunities. Create and coordinate customer-facing content, including emails, blogs, newsletters, case studies, webinars, and related materials. Manage the customer webinar program, including identifying opportunities, maintaining the webinar calendar, coordinating speakers, and managing timelines. Coordinate webinar and campaign promotion, including invitations, email campaigns, reminders, and follow-up communications. Maintain project plans, schedules, communications, and records across multiple customer marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain customer marketing processes, templates, and best-practice guidance to support consistent and repeatable execution. Ensure customer marketing activities are well planned, consistent, and aligned with broader marketing priorities. Track customer engagement and campaign performance and use results and insights to help improve future activities.
Experience in marketing, communications, events, customer engagement, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience creating or coordinating customer-facing content such as emails, blogs, newsletters, webinars, presentations, or similar materials. Strong project and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders across an organization. Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and deliverables. Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, webinar, or project-management tools is preferred but not required. Familiarity with customer marketing or Client Success functions is a plus.
