Please indicate in your application/cover letter what FTE and roles you would like to be considered for.Aboutthe ServiceTheBone Marrow Transplant Unit is where patients receive specialised treatment formalignant and non-malignant haematological disorders treating patients fromthroughout the South Island.Weare the treatment center for patients having autologous and allogeneictransplants in the South Island.AboutYou Thisis an ideal opportunity to develop specialised skills and gain valuableexperience in CVAD management and cannulation, the administration of bloodproducts and chemotherapy.Weare looking for someone who possess a passion for our service, good assessmentskills and exceptional communication skills.Previoushaematology experience is desirable however orientation will be provided to thesuccessful candidate.3+ years nursing experienceAbility to work all shifts - Morning, Afternoon and NightsExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with a strong patient focus.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)Workingat Health New ZealandHealthNew Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare forthe people of New Zealand.
