Job Title: Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry Grade: Specialty Dr Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester Working Hours: 40 hours per week Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon application

We are seeking a dedicated Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry to work full-time for our NHS client based in Manchester, Greater Manchester. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start.

What will your responsibilities be?

This role involves working within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT), delivering high-quality psychiatric care to adult patients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, contributing to treatment and risk management plans, and supporting the multidisciplinary team in providing effective mental health services. The postholder will also participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with NHS standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• GMC registration (essential) • Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status (essential) • Experience in adult psychiatry, particularly within CMHT settings • Strong clinical and communication skills • A commitment to delivering patient-centred care
