The Customer Care role handles high volumes of inbound calls, assesses customer concerns, resolves problems, provides product and service information, recommends relevant offers based on customer needs, troubleshoots service-equipment issues and works to individual and team performance metrics.

Applicants need high school, a one-year diploma or a higher qualification and 0–3 years of related experience. Zain lists communication, listening, problem-solving, achievement drive, Microsoft Office knowledge, the ability to work under pressure and preferably bilingual capability.
