— Job Responsibilities/Task to accomplish/Territory• Deliver integrated change and corporate communications by developing strategies, tactics, and measurement across internal functions (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, C-suite)• Support town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic announcements• Partner with marketing and product teams to build awareness of new products and campaigns• Establish communication KPIs and dashboards and measure employee engagement and campaign effectiveness• Coordinate PR and marketing programs with key internal stakeholders• Maintain press release archive• Work with strategic markets to develop media aligned with corporate goals• Maintain and develop active press kits and media contact lists• Develop PR plans• Find and develop PR partners and agencies• Work with SHE department to develop sustainability report• Recommend ways to integrate ESG initiatives into regular communications• Assist in customer sustainability questionnaires• Develop thought leadership content.• Coordinate LinkedIn communications.• Monitor brand perception and external engagement

— Qualifications (necessary for any candidate for this position)• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field• Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Strategic Communications, or MBA with marketing focus• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field
