Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Management Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract) based in Brazil . This role offers an opportunity to coordinate a complex, cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiative within a dynamic, international environment. You will support the Test Lead by ensuring daily testing activities remain organized, deadlines are met, and outstanding actions are followed through to completion. Acting as a central coordination point, you will work directly with subject matter experts, testers, and senior stakeholders across different regions and functions. Your focus will be on execution discipline, clear communication, accurate reporting, and proactive issue escalation rather than technical testing or business decision-making. You will help maintain visibility over progress, resolve operational bottlenecks, and keep testing activities moving efficiently. This fixed-term opportunity also offers valuable exposure to project governance, stakeholder management, and the coordination of large-scale initiatives from design through implementation.
UAT Execution Monitoring: Track daily testing activities and identify tests that are overdue, blocked, not yet started, or awaiting action. Stakeholder Follow-Up: Coordinate directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) and testers to follow up on outstanding activities, blockers, commitments, and deadlines. Test Scheduling and Resource Coordination: Manage test assignments, schedules, and tester availability to support consistent execution and efficient resource utilization. Action and Risk Tracking: Maintain visibility over actions, decisions, dependencies, blockers, and delivery dates, ensuring owners are accountable for completing agreed tasks. Testing Evidence and Documentation: Monitor missing evidence and incomplete test records, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Retest Coordination: Organize retesting activities as soon as fixes become available and follow through to ensure the relevant tests are completed. Meeting and Check-In Support: Support UAT meetings and SME check-ins by preparing agendas, recording actions, monitoring commitments, and coordinating follow-ups. UAT Tools and Trackers: Maintain UAT tracking files, documentation repositories, and project records, while supporting qTest administration and data completeness. Progress Reporting and Escalation: Communicate execution status, emerging risks, capacity constraints, and delays to the Test Lead, escalating issues when appropriate. Cross-Regional Coordination: Coordinate operational activities across regions and functions, maintaining consistent processes, clear communication, and disciplined execution. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project and UAT Experience: Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating projects and User Acceptance Testing activities, with the ability to mobilize stakeholders and drive actions through to completion within strict deadlines. English Proficiency: Fluent English, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with international teams and senior stakeholders. Advanced Office Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking activities, consolidating information, preparing reports, and communicating project status. Strong Organization and Follow-Through: Excellent planning skills and the ability to manage multiple activities, owners, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously. Ownership and Autonomy: A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to identify priorities, anticipate operational needs, and take action without waiting for detailed instructions. Stakeholder Management: Confidence interacting with experienced SMEs and senior stakeholders, requesting updates, challenging missed deadlines constructively, and influencing outcomes without formal authority. Communication and Synthesis: Ability to absorb information quickly and communicate status, risks, actions, and requirements clearly and concisely. Judgment and Escalation: Sound judgment in determining which issues can be resolved independently and which require involvement from the Test Lead or relevant subject matter experts. Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, ambiguity, and tight delivery timelines. Availability: Ability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Brasília time. Benefits: Practical Project Experience: Opportunity to coordinate a large, complex UAT initiative and gain hands-on experience in project execution. Professional Development: Strengthen skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, prioritization, and delivery oversight. International Collaboration: Work with teams across different regions, functions, and organizational levels. Exposure to Project Governance: Gain experience with structured testing processes, project controls, and execution monitoring. Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Develop the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and influence progress without formal authority. End-to-End Project Visibility: Understand how large-scale initiatives progress from design through testing and implementation. Remote Work Flexibility: The position is listed as remote in Brazil, although the broader description notes that some administrative roles may follow a hybrid arrangement. The precise arrangement should be confirmed during recruitment. Fixed-Term Employment: A temporary, full-time opportunity with a defined employment period.
