Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Jr. Salesforce Consultant / Solution Architect based in Brazil. We are seeking a business-minded professional with foundational Salesforce expertise and a strong background in business operations, management, or consulting. In this role, you will bridge the gap between client objectives and technical implementation, translating business needs into clear, scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead client discussions, manage expectations, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful project delivery. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines prior professional maturity with hands-on Salesforce experience and project management skills. You will join a collaborative, remote environment that values business insight, clear communication, and continuous professional growth, with a pathway toward senior solution architecture.

Client and Project Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, lead discovery calls, manage expectations, and keep projects aligned with agreed scope and timelines. Business Analysis and Solution Design: Translate complex business processes into clear Salesforce functional requirements, technical user stories, and scalable solution designs. Developer Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to communicate business logic, clarify requirements, and ensure technical implementations meet client expectations. Salesforce Configuration: Configure Salesforce declaratively using tools such as Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and page layouts to support client needs. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate productive discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Delivery Coordination: Apply project management experience across Agile or Waterfall environments to help maintain project quality, timelines, and deliverables. Requirements: Business and Consulting Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in business operations, management, consulting, or a related field before transitioning into technology. Salesforce Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce Certification: At least one current certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Salesforce Platform App Builder. Project Management Background: Previous experience in project management, account management, or team leadership, ideally across Agile or Waterfall projects. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading client-facing meetings and presenting to stakeholders. Technical and Analytical Skills: Ability to understand business processes, document requirements, and communicate effectively with developers to support practical Salesforce solutions. English Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency at C1/C2 level is required. Work Style: Ability to work remotely, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Benefits: Full-Time Contract Engagement: A 40-hour workweek, with approved billable hours beyond the standard baseline compensated at an overtime rate. Paid Vacation: A generous annual paid vacation allowance. Paid Holidays: Paid time off for all official United States federal holidays. Professional Development: A collaborative environment that values previous business experience and supports continued growth within the Salesforce ecosystem. Career Advancement: A direct development pathway toward a Senior Solution Architect role.
