As a Junior Account Executive on our Sales Team, you will help small to mid-sized ecommerce businesses find the right marketing solution for their growth.

You will work with prospective customers across our global market, with a primary focus on Europe and European brands. That means speaking with customers from different countries, cultures, and business environments and adapting your approach to each one.

You will manage inbound opportunities while also developing the skills needed to create your own pipeline through outbound prospecting. You will own the sales process from initial conversation through close, with coaching and support from experienced sales leaders and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Development: Build a healthy pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up.

Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the current ecommerce marketing landscape.

Discovery: Understand each prospect’s business, marketing strategy, challenges, goals, and decision-making process.

Product Demonstrations: Deliver clear and compelling demonstrations that connect Omnisend’s capabilities to the customer’s needs.

Sales Cycle Management: Own opportunities from the first conversation through negotiation and close.

Global Selling: Communicate effectively with prospects from different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds.

Speed and Execution: Move opportunities forward quickly, maintain momentum, and complete commitments without unnecessary delays.

Results: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while continuously improving your performance.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate opportunity details, forecasts, next steps, and sales activity in HubSpot and other assigned tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product to improve the customer experience.

Continuous Learning: Develop a strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, email, SMS, and the competitive landscape.

Travel: Occasionally travel to meet with customers, attend events, or work with Omnisend teams in person.

Sales Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
