Your Mission

• You are responsible for the continued sustainable operational and strategic development and expansion of your area of responsibility.
• You build your own team, grow it with new talent, and train team members in collaboration with our internal trainers.
• You lead by example through your own sales performance and make a significant contribution to your team’s revenue.
• You serve as the main point of contact for key Life Science clients in your area.
• As a 360° Recruitment Consultant, you act as the link between clients and candidates.
• You develop sustainable market strategies and are responsible for all leadership tasks, as well as planning long-term goals.

Qualifications And Requirements

• You have several years of experience working for a Recruitment Agency.
• You have previously led a team and built one by successfully training junior team members.
• You are looking for a role where you can prove yourself and achieve a great deal.
• You have a proven track record of success in recruitment and are eager to build and grow your business with us.
• You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English skills.
• A strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and a high level of self-motivation round out your profile.
