ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Growth team of a fintech startup building identity and onboarding infrastructure for businesses. As Content Lead, you will own the brand voice and be the primary content force behind both company and founder-led channels, with direct access to leadership and a meaningful impact on how the company reaches its audience. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ghostwrite and manage the founders' LinkedIn presence, translating their thinking and customer conversations into posts that sound authentically like them.
• Own the company's LinkedIn strategy and content cadence, optimizing for attention, engagement, and conversion.
• Write long-form content including blog posts, white papers, and case studies to establish thought leadership in the market.
• Define and protect brand voice and tone across all published channels, including the website, press releases, and social media.
• Proactively extract raw material from founder conversations and customer insights to produce finished content without waiting for detailed briefs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3 to 8 years of experience in content, copywriting, or communications roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing talent.
• Proven ability to write convincingly in someone else's voice, through executive ghostwriting, managing a founder's social presence, or comparable work.
• Deep expertise with LinkedIn as a content channel, including a clear understanding of engagement mechanics, audience growth, and conversion patterns.
• Experience writing long-form content such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.
• Experience developing and managing brand voice and tone guidelines across multiple formats and channels.
• Self-directed working style with the ability to shape narratives from raw conversations and minimal briefs.
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a strong plus.
• Experience working directly with founders or C-suite executives on content and communications is a strong plus.
• Available to work within an EU-compatible timezone. LOCATION Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere within EU-compatible timezones. Visa sponsorship is not available.
