About the Role

This is a full-cycle, inbound-focused Account Executive role at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup in the business communication space. You will run high-volume product demos every day, own deals from first contact through close, and work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to sharpen the sales motion as the company scales rapidly.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 8 to 16 qualified inbound discovery and demo calls per day, showcasing an AI phone assistant and its business value to SME prospects.

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through closing, working toward clear monthly and quarterly quota targets.

• Manage warm leads, prepare timely follow-ups, and keep your CRM pipeline clean and accurate.

• Hand deals over smoothly to Customer Success after closure to ensure a great onboarding experience.

• Relay customer feedback to Marketing and contribute to reliable sales forecasting.

• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the sales process in a rapidly scaling environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience with end-to-end closing responsibility; startup or scaleup background is a strong plus.

• Proven track record of closing deals along a defined B2B SaaS sales funnel.

• Experience running high-volume inbound discovery and product demos rather than enterprise or relationship-led sales motions.

• Native-level German proficiency and a confident, polished phone and demo presence.

• Comfortable owning quota with clear targets and working as a hands-on individual contributor.

• Structured approach to lead management, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.

• Strong product and technical curiosity relevant to a tech-enabled sales process.

• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, with hybrid work possible.

Compensation & Benefits

OTE: 70,000 to 120,000 EUR per year (base salary plus uncapped commission). Top-tier equipment of your choice is provided. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
